world of final semester

hello guys, after second week of 2011 now i'm back with the new post
well now i'm in final semester of Bachelor of Accountancy
surprisingly, all the subjects for this final semester are THEORY
which means, i will not using my calculator for this whole sem!
this is so odd things since people know that accounting students are always with their calculators

See, believe me, all of the courses are in theory : WORDS WORDS WORDS and no NUMBERS

but i wanna share with you about this one course which is STRATEGIC MANAGEMENT

from the title itself, I wonder what the lecturer gonna teach us, until one day in her class, she gave us a article from The Star "Compliments go a long way" written by Xandria Ooi

I've noticed that a lot of women have difficulties accepting compliments, and usually brush them off with a "No lah!"

and surprisingly, it might be an Asian habits since Westerners would just say thank you after receiving a compliments.

Is it our culture to blame?

So in the next class, we are assigned to compliment our friends and compliment ourself!

and the problem is, i dont know how to compliment myself
