problem

I've just received a text message from sony telling that i need to give confirmation to repair my laptop and the estimated repair cost will be RM327.00

to make the confirmation, i need to call them back, i have called them so many times until my credit airtime become insufficient to make a call but unfortunately the operator keeps giving the same answer that is "please call back later, our teams are currently busy" some sort like that

this really makes me sick where my prepaid has gone just like that talking to the operator and the confirmation to repair is still not done yet plus my battery are also drained because of calling so many times!!!

after i check the website, only this that they can provide, they should give another option for the customer to make confirmation such as via email

 

 

huuuu i miss my laptop so badly :'(
